Do you ship overseas?
We wish! If we could, we would. Unfortunately, international shipping is currently only available to customers in the United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
As we only ship within Canada, it will depend on the customer’s lieu (place of delivery). Orders processed in Gatineau will take 7-10 business days to be shipped. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Shipping rates are calculated by package destination and weight.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products. Our candles are one of a kind, therefore commission works are non-refundable. Candles must not have been burned in order to be returned. Can I get my product personalised?
We do commission work! We pride ourselves in making candles that fit your decor and choice of aromatherapy. It can all be yours with the help of the candlemaker. Options and customisation can be sent to email@example.com.
